About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in retail store fixtures, custom displays, manufacturing, or fabrication environments. This role serves as the primary point of contact for retail clients, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing projects from concept through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the successful execution of retail fixture and display projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage multiple retail fixture and display projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines to support successful project execution.

Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates to clients.

Identify and resolve project challenges, customer concerns, and potential risks.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to customer expectations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and customer records.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Project Management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating schedules, project plans, and customer deliverables.

Knowledge of retail environments, store fixtures, custom displays, millwork, manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within retail fixture manufacturing, custom display production, commercial interiors, millwork, cabinetry, metal fabrication, or related industries.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience supporting national retail rollouts, remodels, renovations, or store development programs.
