Location: Sandy, UT

Employment: Full-time, On-site

Pay: $61,000 per year

Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week

About the Opportunity

This role supports daily restaurant operations, team development, food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader looking to grow into a Restaurant Manager or General Manager position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
• Supervise team members, assign responsibilities, and assist with training and development
• Monitor food preparation, kitchen setup, inventory receiving, and proper food storage
• Prepare kitchen prep sheets and coordinate station setup and cleaning
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive dining experience
• Handle register transactions, discounts, voids, complimentary items, and table adjustments
• Review operational records and documentation to maintain standards
• Participate in management and certified trainer meetings
• Provide hands-on support across front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol service policies

Ideal Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Dependability and sound operational decision-making
• Food safety certification or ability to meet certification requirements
• Ability to comply with responsible alcohol service standards
• Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
