Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney is responsible for:

• Draft Pleadings and Motions.
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Prepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
• Attend meditations and settlement conferences
• Attend and take depositions
• Assist at jury and bench trials
• Legal Research
• Work closely with clients and their agents
• Work closely with managing partner
• The Associate Attorney must:
• Be a member of the Florida Bar
• Have Strong Problem-solving skills
• Have Strong Analytical skills
• Have Strong attention to details
• Have Strong legal writing and research skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
