We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving Family Law, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Immigration matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is committed to providing exceptional client service, developing litigation skills, and contributing to a collaborative legal environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle a caseload involving Family Law, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Immigration matters.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client representation.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Advise clients regarding legal rights, obligations, and potential case outcomes.

Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, administrative proceedings, and negotiations.

Assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery-related documents.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, case development, and resolution planning.

Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and docket deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties.

Support business development initiatives and community outreach efforts as needed.

Contribute to internal process improvements, legal knowledge sharing, and team development.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active Maryland Bar license or eligibility for prompt admission to practice in Maryland.

Minimum of 1 year of legal practice experience.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

High ethical standards, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional legal services.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling Family Law, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, or Immigration cases.

Prior courtroom, hearing, mediation, or negotiation experience.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
