Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Associate Attorney will handle a diverse caseload, primarly criminal defense and complex civil litigation, provide legal advice to clients, conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients during negotiations and court proceedings. The role requires a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and working collaboratively within a professional legal team.

Qualifications

Three to Five Years Experience in criminal defense and some civil litigation
Experienced in providing sound and strategic Legal Advice
Skilled in conducting comprehensive legal Research and preparing accurate legal documents
Strong Negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Arizona
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
