About the Opportunity

• We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of litigation experience to join a well-established, nationally recognized law firm in its Sacramento or San Jose, California office.

• The ideal candidate will have experience handling construction, real estate, and general commercial litigation matters, along with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and courtroom communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Handle construction, real estate, and general commercial litigation matters.
• - Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• - Participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• - Develop litigation strategies and provide effective legal solutions.
• - Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service.
• - Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals on case management and strategy.

• Required Qualifications
• - 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• - Active California Bar license in good standing.
• - Experience in construction, real estate, or general commercial litigation preferred.
• - Strong academic credentials.
• - Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• - Interest in courtroom appearances and confident oral advocacy skills.
