About the Job:

A leading law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney – Litigation to join its Harrisburg, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and support clients through all phases of the litigation process. Trial experience or first-chair litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support complex commercial litigation cases from initial assessment through resolution.

Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Prepare case strategies and provide analytical support on litigation matters.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.

Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-impact legal matters.

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA) required.

3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Admission to practice law in New Jersey (NJ) is a plus.

Trial experience or first-chair litigation experience preferred.

Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes is highly desirable.
