About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of litigation experience to join a well-established, nationally recognized law firm in its Sacramento or San Jose, California office.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling construction, real estate, and general commercial litigation matters, along with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and courtroom communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction, real estate, and general commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide effective legal solutions.
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals on case management and strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or general commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in courtroom appearances and confident oral advocacy skills.

Preferred: Experience with depositions and court appearances.
