About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of transactional law experience to join a growing legal team focused on serving healthcare professionals and small to medium-sized businesses. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters while collaborating directly with clients in a supportive and professional environment.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in managing a broad range of transactional and corporate matters independently while also benefiting from mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle transactional matters involving mergers and acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, and business formations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and corporate documents.
Advise clients on employment and labor law matters.
Assist with commercial leasing and construction-related legal matters.
Provide strategic legal counsel to healthcare professionals and business clients.
Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.
3–7 years of transactional legal experience.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and commitment to client service.

Work Environment:
