This is a Full-Time and fully Remote position with an AmLaw100 law firm.

Practice Areas:

• General Liability
• Employment Law
• Transportation

• Professional Liability
• Construction
• Cyber & Data Security
• Environmental / Toxic Tort
• Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with team and manage case workload

Requirements:

• Mid-level to senior litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Trial experience (preferred, not required)
• Self-starter with a stable work history
• Must be licensed and admitted in the relevant state
