Position : Attorney/Associate Attorney

Location : Remote opportunity

We’re seeking mid-to-senior level litigators with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Commercial/Civil Litigation

• General Liability

• Employment Law

• Transportation

• Healthcare

• Professional Liability

• Construction

• Cyber & Data Security

• Environmental / Toxic Tort

• Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith

The role involves handling civil litigation matters from start to finish, including legal research, drafting, case strategy, motions, pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can manage a caseload independently while collaborating effectively with a broader legal team.

Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the relevant state.
