🎯 Role Summary

• Support high net worth probate matters within the Estate Planning & Probate practice
• Work closely with partners and take ownership of assigned matters
• Deliver strategic, client-focused legal solutions

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle probate and estate administration matters
• Prepare:
• Trust and estate accountings
• Tax returns (estate-related)
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and execution
• Manage matters with increasing independence and leadership

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience
• Experience in:
• Probate / estate administration
• Handling taxable estates
• Strong skills in:
• Legal drafting
• Research & writing
• Client communication
• Active Washington State Bar membership (required)

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• LLM in Taxation
• Experience working with high net worth clients
