The ideal candidate will have excellent litigation, legal research, writing, and communication skills and be comfortable managing assignments independently.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior associate-level attorney
• Strong civil litigation experience
• Active bar admission in the applicable state
• Candidates located in Arizona, California, Delaware, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, or Washington are encouraged to apply
• Candidates admitted in California or Delaware may also be considered regardless of current location
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong persuasive speaking and communication abilities
• Strong academic background
• Ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Stable employment history preferred
• Trial experience preferred but not required
