Seeking an Attorney licensed in Texas with experience in civil litigation across various practice areas including Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Healthcare. Responsibilities include managing litigation cases from start to finish, legal research, drafting motions, and participating in depositions and trial preparation. Candidates should have mid to senior level litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
