Position: Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion

• Supervise and mentor audit staff while supporting team development initiatives

• Review attestation workpapers and provide detailed feedback

• Evaluate internal controls and communicate recommendations to clients

• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables

• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate key findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• CPA required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 7+ years of audit experience preferred

• Public accounting and personnel management experience required

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, FASB standards, audits, reviews, and compilations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
