🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

📍 Locations:

• Bhopal

• Vadodara

• Khammam

• Dehradun

• Indore

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days)

👨‍💼 Experience: Lead experience is mandatory

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bench sales team

• Market bench consultants across US clients and vendor networks

• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients

• Handle rate negotiations and closures

• Track submissions, interviews, and placements

• Ensure team targets and performance metrics are met

💼 Requirements:

• Proven experience in US Bench Sales

• Prior team handling / lead experience is mandatory

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
