About the role

Seeking a BIM Coordinator to support electrical construction projects by developing and coordinating accurate 3D models. The role involves clash detection, creating installation and fabrication drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructible designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage electrical 3D models using Revit
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues (Navisworks)
Produce fabrication and installation drawings
Support field teams with layouts and constructability insights
Coordinate with MEP and structural teams

Requirements:

Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
Electrical or construction background preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience with point cloud/3D scanning tools (e.g., Recap)
Exposure to field layout technologies (e.g., Trimble)
