About the role
Business Process Analyst (BPA)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite/week
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: 1 Round – In-Person
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps/workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements/process discovery.
- Create SOPs, business requirements, reports, and executive summaries.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop data-driven process improvement recommendations.
- Support implementation, change management, and process sustainment.
- Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst experience.
- Strong Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement experience.
- Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma knowledge.
- Process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- State Government, Healthcare, Public Health, Finance, or regulated-industry experience.
- Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, or Business Analysis certification.
- Experience with organizational transformation or enterprise process improvement.
Important: Candidates must be able to work 3–4 days onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
