Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse Manager | Temp-to-Perm

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Job Type: Contract, Temp-to-Perm, Full-time

Pay: $73.50 per hour (W2)

Schedule: Day shift, flexible start 7 AM to 9 AM

About the Role

Lead New Jersey’s highest-volume Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center. You will manage the cath and EP labs as they grow from 5 to 7 Cath Labs and 4 to 6 EP Labs. Home to one of the nation’s largest structural heart programs and the state’s largest EP program.

What You Need

• Active NJ RN license and BLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in a cath or EP lab
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience managing 4 to 5+ labs
• Critical care / high-risk experience
• Experience in a complex medical center or teaching hospital

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree
• Structural heart program leadership experience
