Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Contract Position

📍 Location: Marlinton, WV

💰 Pay: $20–$23/hour

📅 Contract: 14 weeks

🕐 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a healthcare team in Marlinton, West Virginia on a 14-week contract assignment. The CNA will provide hands-on care and support to patients/residents while helping maintain their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in patient/resident condition to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient/resident environment.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and reliable patient care.
