Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with feeding and monitor food and fluid intake as directed.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Document patient care activities according to facility policies.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and care areas.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct.
