Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment at Crystal Springs in Elkins, WV. This is a night shift opportunity ideal for candidates experienced in providing quality patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Elkins, WV
• Facility: Crystal Springs
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Contract Duration: 04/13/2026 – 06/22/2026
• Schedule: 36 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance including transferring and repositioning patients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Support nurses and healthcare team with basic patient care tasks
• Ensure compassionate and respectful care to all residents

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in West Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience (preferred)
• BLS certification (if required by facility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to facility needs
