Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at Vermont. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a healthcare setting.

Pay rate : $25 to $30/hr.

Shift : Flexible shift

Contract : 9 weeks (High chances to extend).

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Active CNA License
• BLS Certification
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
• Updated Resume

Additional Information:

• Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 Per Hour(The pay varies based on the shift)
• Shifts: Flexible
• Start Date: ASAP
• Overtime: Available
• Pay Period: Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Document patient care accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends or holidays if required
