Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage land and site development projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Perform and review civil design, including site layout, drainage, utilities, and permitting
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and bid packages
Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
7+ years of civil engineering and land development experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Authorization to work in the United States
