Job Overview

Adirondack Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Services team. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical hospital pharmacy experience and be committed to providing safe, effective medication management while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements

Active New York State Pharmacist License (Required)

Minimum 2–3 years of recent Clinical Pharmacist experience

Recent Hospital Pharmacy experience (Required)

Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and medication management

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
