Salary: $135,000 per year (Approx. $65/hour)

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with a leading hospital in Saranac Lake, New York.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy recommendations.
• Monitor medication safety, interactions, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and staff on proper medication use.
• Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.

Requirements

• Active New York State Pharmacist License (Required).
• 2–3 years of Clinical Hospital Pharmacy experience (Required).
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience is mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
