HIRING: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Los Angeles & Orange County, CA

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site/Field

Salary: $100,000–$150,000/year DOE

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial tenant improvement and interior construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, deliveries, and site access
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality, organization, and CAL-OSHA compliance
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and building management
• Conduct inspections, maintain daily reports, and track field changes
• Lead punch list, turnover, and project completion activities
• Mentor and support Assistant Superintendents and field personnel

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience
• Strong commercial construction experience required
• Commercial tenant improvement/interiors experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering plans and specifications
• Working knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish trades
• Knowledge of building codes, CAL-OSHA, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and construction documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Adobe required
• Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred
• OSHA-30, First Aid & CPR preferred
• High school diploma/equivalent required; degree or construction certification preferred
