Position: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Tampa, FL

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
• Order, review, and analyze title documents, requirements, endorsements, surveys, and inspection reports
• Prepare and review purchase and sale contracts
• Draft easements, deeds, and other real property documents
• Prepare title commitments, title policies, settlement statements, closing documents, affidavits, and coordinate disbursements
• Prepare and review HOA and condominium documents, and disclosures for residential transactions
• Track and manage key dates for purchase agreements, due diligence, and client deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Experience with large commercial law firms preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
