Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Manage project contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within construction or commercial roofing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, finance management, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
