The role involves overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, which includes managing contracts, budgeting, and coordination with clients and teams. Responsibilities also involve ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

• Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance to manage project expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
• Experience in Contract Management to oversee project agreements and ensure compliance with terms
• Ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of roofing materials and processes is a plus
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred
