commerical estimator

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial projects, ensuring bids are thorough, timely, and aligned with project requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to support projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project bids, including cost analysis and recommendations
• Review project documents and specifications to ensure accurate scope interpretation
• Communicate with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project details
• Identify and document discrepancies in bid documents
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the estimating process
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of estimating experience in manufacturing or commercial construction preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of custom fabrication or millwork is a plus
• Experience with Innergy software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
