About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Electrician / Residential Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing electrical installations, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for residential new-construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential electrical systems, understands construction processes, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform rough-in wiring, trim-out installations, and electrical finishing work for new residential construction projects.

Install electrical fixtures, devices, panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.

Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve installation or maintenance issues.

Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

Coordinate with builders, contractors, homeowners, and project teams to complete work efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Utilize company-provided tools, equipment, and technology to complete daily assignments.


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential new-construction electrical wiring.

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.

Experience with fixture installation, device installation, and electrical maintenance.

Ability to read and apply electrical drawings, schematics, and plans.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Preferred Skills:

Experience working on residential construction job sites.

Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
