Construction Estimator

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, and project planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project estimates while collaborating closely with operations and project management teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Performing quantity takeoffs and preparing detailed cost estimates.
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotations.
• Developing labor, equipment, and material budgets.
• Conducting site visits when required.
• Identifying project risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Preparing proposals and scope letters.
• Assisting with value engineering initiatives.
• Coordinating project handoffs with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Maintaining estimate history and pricing databases.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
• English proficiency is required; Spanish is preferred.
