Construction Project Manager - Building Envelope / Restoration

Position Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of project management experience in exterior restoration, facade, or building envelope work
2. Working knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, FISP/Local Law 11, and SPRAT rope access standards
3. Demonstrated experience managing occupied buildings in dense urban environments
4. Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, procurement, and field operations from preconstruction through closeout
5. Strong communication skills with subcontractors, consultants, building staff, and clients

Responsibilities:

1. Full lifecycle management of restoration projects, including planning, procurement, phasing, and on-site execution
2. Coordination of field operations, safety compliance, inspections, and adherence to NYC building codes
3. Budget tracking, risk management, and resolution of access, logistics, and safety challenges on active sites
4. Maintenance of client relationships and project documentation throughout each engagement
