About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential construction and restoration projects from start to finish.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and overall project performance.

Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.

Identify and resolve project issues quickly to minimize delays.

Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Track project costs and support budget management.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications:

Experience managing residential construction, restoration, remodeling, or reconstruction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and field operations.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and scopes of work.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project logistics.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Spanish language proficiency (required).

Proficiency with construction project management software is preferred.
