What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
• Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients
• Deliver outsourced / fractional CFO services, including forecasting and financial analysis
• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex accounting and tax issues, including multistate and intercompany transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA license
• 2–5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficient in modern, cloud-based accounting and tax tools
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities
• Experience with Arizona tax issues is a plus
