Job Title: Criminal Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to handle misdemeanor and felony cases at the trial level. This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution, including court appearances, motion practice, and negotiations with prosecutors.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal defense matters (misdemeanors & felonies)
Handle cases from start to finish (intake, trial/plea, resolution)
Appear in court and argue motions
Negotiate case outcomes with prosecutors
Maintain regular client communication and manage caseload

Requirements:

3+ years of criminal defense experience
Active South Carolina law license
Strong courtroom and litigation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
