Job Summary

The Client is seeking a Custodial Worker 1 to perform general cleaning and custodial duties at the Moccasin Bend facility. The position involves maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities, restrooms, offices, and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities

Operate custodial equipment including floor washing machines, buffers, and vacuums.

Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors by hand or machine.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, floors, walls, and mirrors.

Dust furniture, vacuum and shampoo carpets, wash walls and windows, and empty trash.

Move furniture and maintain organized work areas.

Pick up trash and monitor grounds for maintenance needs.

Maintain simple records and prepare routine reports regarding facility deficiencies and required materials.

Perform light maintenance on custodial equipment.

Follow established safety and cleaning procedures.

Onboarding Requirements

Identogo fingerprinting required upon selection.

OIG (Office of Inspector General) registry check.

Abuse registry check.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be dependable, physically capable of performing custodial duties, comfortable operating cleaning equipment, and able to work independently during the evening/weekend schedule.
