Director Of Operations/Integrator

This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who enjoys turning strategic vision into operational execution. The Integrator will work closely with the CEO to align teams, optimize operations, and drive accountability across the organization while supporting the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading operational strategy and execution across departments

• Driving accountability through scorecards, KPIs, and leadership meetings

• Overseeing workflows, SOPs, CRM systems, and operational reporting

• Supporting company culture, onboarding, and team development

• Partnering with leadership to achieve quarterly and long-term business goals

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in operations leadership or business management

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience with CRM/workflow systems and operational dashboards

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Interest or experience with EOS/Traction frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Preferred experience:

• Financial services, wealth management, or professional services background
