About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize business operations across multiple departments. This role is responsible for driving organizational efficiency, managing strategic initiatives, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all functional areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, operational leadership experience, and a proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic operational projects to improve workflows, systems, and overall business productivity.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement scalable solutions to support organizational growth.

Develop and maintain master project schedules, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives.

Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to establish project goals, deliverables, timelines, and accountability measures.

Facilitate project kick-off meetings and coordinate communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Drive collaboration across departments including Operations, Information Technology, Customer Service, Retail, Warehouse, Laboratory, and E-commerce functions.

Create and maintain workflow documentation, standard operating procedures, and process maps.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines.

Develop and distribute automated performance reports and operational dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools.

Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party partnerships.

Prepare business presentations and operational reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.

Establish and promote project management best practices across the organization.

Provide strategic recommendations to support operational excellence and long-term business objectives.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Prior experience in business operations within a retail, wholesale, or e-commerce environment.

Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.

Strong experience managing complex projects, including technology and systems integration efforts.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership teams, business partners, and key stakeholders.
