Now hiring: Director of Surgical Services

We are looking for an experienced perioperative leader to guide our Operating Room team. This is a full-time, 40-hour day position for someone who is passionate about quality care, strong teamwork and developing the next generation of surgical nurses.

The role:

• Lead and mentor our perioperative nursing team

• Drive quality, safety and patient satisfaction

• Partner with surgeons to grow surgical services

• Oversee OR budgets and regulatory standards

You bring:

• BSN required; Master's degree preferred

• Current Massachusetts RN license

• 4–5 years of operating room experience

• Previous management experience
