Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Drafter with strong experience in building and structural drafting to support commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing construction documents, shop drawings, and coordinating with project teams throughout the design and construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop and revise construction documentation based on project requirements and field conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.
- Assist with drawing revisions, submittals, and project documentation.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing accuracy throughout project phases.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building standards, and construction requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience preparing construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of structural drafting and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Familiarity with submittals, revisions, and field coordination.
- Experience with Navisworks or other drafting/design software is a plus.
