Drafter for Buildings

The Role

We have an opportunity for a Drafter to join our Structural Practice for building design.

This is a full-time, position located in Manhattan, NY (Midtown).

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Autodesk software.

• Strong knowledge of and ability to use CAD software (Revit is a plus)

• Ability to prepare construction drawings in CAD (plans, sections, elevations, etc)

• Knowledge of construction drawing presentation and best practices.

• Coordinate with the architect as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

• Desire and ability to learn about construction and virtual design process.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
