About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in California employment law and the ability to independently manage cases through all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities:

Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and mediation briefs.

Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive law and motion filings.

Handle depositions, witness preparation, and case strategy development.

Represent clients in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings.

Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy, exhibits, and witness coordination.

Collaborate with legal team members to ensure successful case outcomes.

Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic legal guidance.

Required Qualifications:

Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.

Minimum of 2–3 years of California employment litigation experience.

Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Excellent communication, organization, and case management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation.

Experience litigating FEHA claims, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment matters.

Trial preparation and courtroom experience.

Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and supervising attorneys.
