Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Relationship Management

Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and provide estate planning solutions
Clearly explain legal concepts in simple, client-friendly language
Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships
Guide clients through decision-making and close engagements

Workshops & Client Engagement

Present at workshops, seminars, and educational events
Represent the firm professionally in client-facing settings
Educate clients on estate planning strategies and solutions

Collaboration & Professional Growth

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams
Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development
Contribute to improving client experience and internal processes

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission (New Jersey required; additional states a plus)
3–5 years of legal experience (estate planning or related area preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in client-facing and presentation settings
