Estate Planning Attorney

A fast-growing, well-established law firm is seeking a charismatic, confident Estate Planning Attorney who wants more than a traditional desk job.

This role is ideal for entry-level attorneys (no prior estate planning experience required) who enjoy working with people, thrive in client-facing environments, and want to leverage strong communication skills in a performance-driven setting.

What You’ll Do

Client Consultations & Sales-Focused Conversations

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and guide them through estate planning options
• Explain legal concepts in clear, simple terms and confidently close clients
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships

Workshops, Seminars & Community Events

• Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events (training provided)
• Represent the firm with professionalism and confidence
• Educate and engage prospective clients in group settings

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver strong client experiences
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development
• Grow legal, communication, and business skills

Who We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus)
• Strong presence, confidence, and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading conversations
• Client-focused, results-driven mindset
• Motivated, polished, and emotionally intelligent
