We are a fast-growing, well-established law firm with over 20 years of success, seeking a charismatic and confident Estate Planning Attorney who is looking for more than a traditional desk role.

This opportunity is ideal for entry-level attorneys (no prior estate planning experience required) who enjoy working with people, are comfortable in the spotlight, and want to leverage strong communication skills into high earning potential.

This role offers the opportunity to earn well over $200K annually through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Advisory

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and guide them through estate planning options
• Explain legal concepts in a clear, accessible way
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships

Workshops & Events

• Present at workshops and educational seminars (training and materials provided)
• Represent the firm professionally in group settings
• Educate and engage prospective clients

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with legal and support teams to ensure a high-quality client experience
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
• Develop both legal expertise and business acumen

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission (state-specific requirement)
• No prior estate planning experience required
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and professional presence
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Client-focused and performance-driven mindset
• High level of motivation and emotional intelligence
