Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare accurate bids

• Solicit and review subcontractor pricing across all trades

• Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships

• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed

• Track proposals and ensure complete bid coverage before submission

• Develop budgets from preliminary through final construction documents

• Collaborate with estimators and project managers on scope and pricing

• Support buy-out processes and lead project hand-off meetings

• Maintain historical cost data and unit pricing benchmarks

• Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• General IT proficiency

Preferred:

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience

• Experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Office 365, and bid software (e.g., SmartBid)

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional site visits
