We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a growing legal team in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with an established book of business who is looking to expand their practice while leveraging strong operational, marketing, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.

Handle cases involving:

Divorce

Child Custody

Child Support

Equitable Distribution

Alimony

Domestic Violence and Protective Orders

Maintain and expand an existing book of business.

Develop and strengthen referral networks and client relationships throughout the Charlotte market.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and hearings.

Provide strategic legal advice and exceptional client service.

Independently manage litigation with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with leadership to support continued growth and expansion.

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing.

Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience.

Proven ability to generate and maintain an existing book of business.

Strong litigation, courtroom, and trial experience.

Ability to independently manage complex family law matters.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development abilities.
