Field Project Manager

Position: Field Project Manager

Location: Remote (Candidates in the Central or Mountain Time Zones preferred)

Travel: Approximately 4–6 onsite visits per month

In this role, you'll work with automotive dealership projects, supporting facility upgrades and ensuring construction activities align with established design and brand standards. You'll collaborate with project teams, contractors, architects, owners, and vendors throughout the construction process while conducting periodic site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track construction progress and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to support project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address project-related questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and dealership personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail facility design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
